You can end with the previous round, or, if you prefer a more square finish - continue one more round...
Ending round: Using B Repeat Rnd 4 - CornerCluster in each corner shell anchor, SideCluster in each side shell anchor, join with sl st.

this is beautiful! thanks for sharing how to do this.
Thanks for sharing this, Gene! It's beautiful and I think would make a lovely baby blanket!
I checked out the no seam method, and I can see that it looks very neat, however, it seems to me that it would be a pain to finish off one color and then have to add in the next one for each row. That's one thing I don't like about crochet, when they tell you to finish off and then add the new color. I find it much easier to add it into the stitch. Unless you have an easier way? I always get confused on where the yarn should be in relation to the hook when I have to add on this way.
You change colors every other row with this stitch and have to join the new color in the 3rd stitch of the last round, so you'd have to sl st up to that point if you just change colors on the fly.
Thank you for the awesome tutorial. I really like this pattern.
You can probably do this one all the way in just the one color and not have to change up. I don't see why not Jana.
I like the stitch design, very nice Crochetdad
Yes, you COULD do this in one color, but remember to sl st up to the third st of the previous round if you only use one color.
Thanks for the nice comment!
I love this stitch and can think of loads of uses for it. Thanks for sharing it!
